My role in the music industry?
I’ve been involved in the Music Industry for 10 years as an underground dance DJ.
In recent times I’ve become an advocate of pushing new talent onto the UK’s biggest platforms.
This has come in the form of Presenting & Producing BBC Introducing, as well as Producing for Radio 1 Dance for the likes of Danny Howard & Jeremiah Asiamah.
About my journey in the music industry, And what inspired me to pursue a career in music?
My musical journey started off when I attended the Farm Youth Club back in 2009. Growing up in the eastern district of Northampton, this was a local cultural hub of DJ’s, MC’s & Producers.
The older generation inspired and nurtured me into the role of a budding Drum & Bass DJ.
As I developed through the ranks, I began working with promotions such as Random Concept.
Brands of this nature provided a support network that gave me confidence, knowledge and the platform for me to achieve my musical dreams.
Fast forward 10 years, I have performed all over the world and at the UK’s largest festivals in venues. In addition to DJing, I have organised festivals, ran labels and nurtured some of this generations biggest musical talents.
These support networks became engrained in my genetic make-up, allowing me to provide similar pathways for my peers and following generations.

What inspires me to help next generation of budding music professionals.
Coming from a youth music background and having success in the music industry has showed me the importance support networks. I feel like I was given opportunities by my older peers when I was developing as a young man. If it wasn’t for these helping hands, I wouldn’t have had the same journey in life. Personally, I wouldn’t change anything for the world and to have an opportunity to pass this knowledge and experience others, is an opportunity I couldn’t pass.
